Villa is ideally situated 20m from the private beach in Trou d Eau Douce, on the East coast in a calm environment facing the Ile aux Cerfs with very private setting. 100 m² villa can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Traditional rustic style with cosy 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), independent kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 bathroom with access to an outdoor shower/bath, 1 guest toilet, sea facing terrace,Swimming pool (Sharing the same pool with second identical villa) and 2000 m² Garden.

There are various activities close by such as golf, water sports, horse riding, scuba diving, fishing, kite surfing, sailing, swimming with dolphins in the open sea, tennis.
