Modern and sunny 200m2 villa located in Kouklia in a coastal resort in the Paphos district with panoramic views of the golf course and Mediterranean Sea.

Two bedrooms (double and twin), open plan living area with a satellite, flat-screen TV and DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and two bathrooms.

Outside, the magnificent swimming pool (8m x 4m) and sunbeds is bordered by a paved terrace and fragrant bushes and trees. A barbeque, a dining table and chairs are provided for alfresco cooking and dining.

Resort amenities like Village Square with its Restaurants, Shops and children’s playground is only a couple of minutes stroll, as is the golf clubhouse, Spa and Tennis academy.

The pool can be heated at an extra charge.
