The Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama (1929) for many years in a row is considered to be the most expensive female artist in the world. The most recognizable elements of her brand are dots, bright colours, pumpkin forms and eternity effects created with mirrors.

This small pumpkin is a copy of the artist’s installation titled Pumpkin that lives on Naoshima Island in the Seto inland sea in Japan.  Its many dots and the round form that repeats itself many times, creates an effect of perpetual motion and beautifully illustrates the essence of the artist’s work.
